项目摘要

薬剤師が行動経済学を学ぶことにより、来局者が取りうる不合理な行動について理解できるようになれば、合理的な行動へと是正を促す（ナッジする）技術を習得できる可能性がある。また、薬剤師がナッジにより来局者の意思決定支援を行えば、来局者は適正な医薬品の選択ができるようになり満足度が上昇すると考えられる。さらに適正な医薬品の選択は、医療の無駄を省くことに繋がり、医療の効率化が図れる可能性がある。本課題では、「薬剤師及び薬学生は、どのように行動経済学を学び、その学びをセルフメディケーション支援に際して、どのように実践していくべきか」を明らかにする事を目的とした。2022年度は、(1) 「行動経済学の薬学教育への導入に関する検討」について、双方向型のオンライン授業を考案し、実施した。この授業は我々が2019年度より実施している行動経済学の導入講義（Hatabu et al. 2021）を基にしている。2019年度の対面授業及び2022年度のオンライン授業において、受講者を対象とした授業後のアンケートで、行動経済学について興味が持てたかどうか等を調査したところ、両年度共、およそ90%の受講者が肯定的な回答であった。このことから、対面授業のオンライン化についておおむね成功であったと考えた。本授業実践については、学会で発表し、Short Communicationとしてまとめた。(2) 行動経済学の視点を取り入れた服薬模擬体験を考案し、現在、大阪大学の学生を対象とした実験を実施中である。
