本研究の目的は、認知症高齢者のQOLの向上と介護の負担軽減のため、BPSDの緩和の過程を短期的変動および長期的変動とそれに対する看護師・介護士の対応方法を明らかにすることである。それにより、従来、見逃されていた低活動症状のBPSDの早期発見や迅速な緩和が可能となり、症状の緩和と介護士・看護師の負担軽減による相乗効果により高齢者のQOLの向上が期待できる。今まで明らかになっていなかったBPSDの日内変動を評価する方法の検討に貢献すると考える。本研究では、迅速緩和や発症予防のための適切な介護を実施するために、BPSDの日内変動などの短期的変化及び入所から緩和までの長期的経時的変化の両方を明らかにする必要があると考え、介護士・看護師のカルテを拝見し、インタビューをする予定である。

The purpose of this study was to clarify the changes in QOL and the burden of care in patients with cognitive disorders, and the changes in the process of BPSD mitigation in the short term and in the long term. Early detection of BPSD in low activity, rapid alleviation of symptoms, reduction of burden on nurses and caregivers, and upward expectation of QOL in high activity. This paper discusses the contribution of BPSD to the evaluation of its daily motion. This study aims to identify the short-term changes in BPSD during the day and the long-term changes in BPSD during the day.
