児童生徒の障害理解を目的としたアダプテッド・スポーツ教育プログラムの開発

项目摘要

本研究の目的は、児童生徒に対してアダプテッド・スポーツ（実践者にあわせて用具やルールを工夫したスポーツの総称）の授業を行い、「障害イメージに及ぼす影響」や「アダプテッド・スポーツ（学習した各競技）に対する印象」、「授業に対する各教員の印象」について把握することであった。新型コロナウィルスの蔓延により、授業の中止、授業内容（特にスポーツ体験）の修正、インタビュー調査の中止など多くの計画変更が生じたものの、小学校7校、中学校3校、高校2校で実践を行うことができ、可能な範囲でアンケート調査を行うことができた。実践・調査の結果、1)アダプテッド・スポーツ授業は多くの児童生徒にとって目新しさや取り組みやすさから「楽しめる」内容であったこと、2)特に普段体育を得意としない者にとって積極的に取り組みやすい内容であったこと、3)アダプテッド・スポーツの体験は、ハンディのある者が課題に取り組む場面を想定した際「～～だからできない」ではなく「～～すればできるようになる」という認識の転換を生じさせやすいことなどが明らかとなった。また、より有意義な授業を展開するため生徒の障害に関する知識について把握を試みた結果「内部障害」についてはほとんど知られておらず、スポーツ大会に関しても「パラリンピック」以外の大会（デフリンピックや全国障がい者スポーツ大会、VIRTUSなど）についてはほとんど知られていないといった実態が確認された。我が国における報道や教育機関における障害者スポーツに関する教材はパラリンピックに偏重しており、そのことが生徒の障害に関する知識の偏りに影響していることが推察された。アダプテッド・スポーツ授業のような、人間の多様性、ハンディと社会環境の兼ね合いについて理解させる授業をより充実させてゆく必要があるだろう。
