项目摘要

今年度は、コロナ禍および妊娠・出産によって遅れていた、原発事故の避難者および支援者への聞き取り調査を実施すること、その調査結果に基づいて避難者のアイデンティティを類型化し意識構造、避難者と避難先住民の関係性について分析すること、その成果を論文でまとめ発表することを予定していた。産休明けで職場復帰したあと、今年度はフィールドワークを再開させる予定をしていたが、子どもの体調不良と自分自身の体調不良等により、実際には福島県での富岡町民への聞き取り調査を行うことができた以外は、計画していた福島県と山形県でのすべてのフィールドワークを終えることができなかった。そのため、今年度もデータ収集に遅れが生じ、予定していた分析や成果発表を完了することができなかった。ただし、一部実施できた聞き取り調査とこれまでに収集してきた聞き取り調査のデータを整理・活用することで、①東日本大震災および福島第一原発事故から12年目の被災地の復興状況とその課題、②原発避難者の避難先でのコミュニティ形成の現状と課題、という2点について明らかにすることができた。これらの成果は、本研究の目的である避難者のアイデンティティを類型化し意識構造を明らかにするうえでは、重要な知見であり、研究の進歩であると考えている。その成果は、2回の研究会で発表し、現在、研究論文および博士論文としてまとめているところである。次年度は、福島県いわき市および県外の原発事故の避難者および支援者への現地での聞き取り調査を実施し、避難者のアイデンティティ・意識構造および避難者と避難先住民の関係性に関する分析を終え、これまでの研究成果を取りまとめて博士論文として発表することを目指す。
