项目摘要

フィンランドの高齢者ケア制度の私事化／民営化の進展状況について、2022年8月および2023年3月に実地調査によるデータ収集を行った。具体的には、行政の在宅介護チームにおける組織改革と効率化が現場にもたらした影響について調査を行った。また、高齢者ケアに関わるサービスを提供する私企業に対してインタビューを実施した。さらに、親族介護支援を受ける介護者／被介護者について、サービス利用状況の変化にともなうケア実践の調整についても記録した。以上の調査結果を踏まえ、国際共同研究のカウンターパートとなっているフィンランドのCoE研究プロジェクト：AgeCareグループの中間会議である‘Longer lives, better care?’において、マネジリアリズムを実現するICT技術の利用実践について、最新の成果発表を行った。この中間会議を通じ、同CoE研究グループに所属するラップランド大学のシャナイ・ベグム研究員と共同での論文執筆に着手した。この論文は、同CoEグループのテッポ・クローゲル教授の提唱したケア・ポバティ概念の村落部への適用可能性を検討するものであり、具体的にはラップランド地方と群島地方の比較を行うものである。また、タンペレ大学のオウティ・ヨランキ教授とも老年期の居住に関する論文の共同執筆の可能性を検討している。さらに、トゥルク大学のティーナ・スオパヤルヴィ氏の研究プロジェクトにも参加することが決定した。こちらも過疎地域におけるエイジング経験についての比較研究であり、当国際研究のテーマと合致するものである。
