项目摘要

「組織内リンケージ」については、従業員間コミュニケーションデータを用いた分析を進め、問題解決のためのコミュニケーションパターンの特徴について検証した。また大手企業内での社内ベンチャー活動の事例分析を行った。「革新活動・資源動員リンケージ」については、第１に、知的財産権を梃子とした革新活動と資源動員の可能性について分析を進めた。また，意匠特許のデータを加工し、革新活動の結果として生まれた成果の特性を把握できるようにした。第2に、1999年から2020年に新興市場に上場した企業の役員の前職と移動先との組織間関係に関する情報を収集し、創業・上場ネットワークを同定し、創業の源泉となる企業群と、創業企業と出身元企業の関係について多面的に検討した。第3に、大企業のCVC活動に関する事例分析を進めた。「組織間リンケージ」については、特許共同研究関係データを用いた分析を進め、特に、感染症等によって外生的に共同研究が困難になった事例に注目した分析を進めた。また、モビリティ業界の多国籍企業の各国での成果の質的比較分析を行った。「セクター間リンケージ」としては、第１に、大学研究の成果物を評価するための指標開発を行った。第２に、コロナ禍で変化した公的機関から民間へのイノベーションの普及システムを知るため、大学や独立行政法人などの研究機関にインタビューを行い、技術の普及の動向を調べた。さらに，コロナ渦において急速に普及が進展したデジタル・AI技術に関し、深層学習など基礎研究の成果は論文、オープンソースとして世界中に広く普及する中で、その成果を活用した知的対話システムの社会実装においては、むしろ世界の各地域での文化的な差異による倫理面・法規制面での差異がビジネス上の大きなリスクとなることを明らかにした。
