项目摘要

３つの調査について，それぞれ次の成果を得た。【入力調査】初級レベルの日本語学習者が作成した自己紹介スライドを対象に，日本語入力の困難点，サポートが必要な入力スキルについて，全体の傾向を把握した。その結果，学習者のパソコンのキーボードの形式，および，日本語入力システムの仕様を踏まえたサポートが必要であることがわかった。【メール調査】次の２つを行った。（１）2020年度に明らかになった状況で求められる「打つスキル」の抽出を行った。抽出にあたり，理系留学生が打ったメールの実物に対する，企業の採用担当経験者の「評価コメント」を収集したところ，日本語教育に携わる研究者とは異なる評価の観点が複数示唆された。また，当該状況に関連するコンテンツを扱う「既存教材」を収集，分析した。上記を参照しながら，「打つスキル」を抽出した。（２）2020年度の教員への依頼メールの分析を踏まえ，それぞれの状況で求められる「打つスキル」の抽出を行なった。同一の状況で作成された複数のメール文面を分析し，どのような内容・表現が求められるのかを「打つスキル」として抽出した。特に，日本語母語話者と日本語学習者の比較により，日本語学習者のメールに欠落しがちな内容や表現の分析を行い，ライティング指導において優先的に取り上げるべき「打つスキル」を明らかにした。また，メールに打つべき内容・表現をどのようなチャンクで提示することが学習者にとって理解しやすいのかを，言語学的な視点から吟味した。【LINE調査】留学生の間でやりとりされた日本語のLINE投稿をデータとして収集し，分析を行なった。留学生間のLINEコミュニケーションでは英語等の他言語の使用も見られる。そこで，多言語環境を前提に，そのなかで日本語がどのような場合に，どのような理由で使われているのか，どのような日本語の表現が求められるのか分析した。
