本研究では、日本列島とその周辺の初期の農耕社会の農耕戦略の多様性を説明することを目的とする。このため、各地の多様な環境に成立した農耕空間に対して、①作土の土壌学的な特徴と形成過程、②農耕空間の構造とシステム、③土壌・地形・水利等の環境への適合の３つの視角から検討を行う。2021年度は、各地農耕空間の調査、畑空間および水田空間に関する研究プラットフォームの構築推進及び研究会の開催などを中心に研究を進めた。１）昨年度に引き続き、農耕空間研究プラットフォームの構築を進めた。畑空間については各自の研究をもとに９月にオンラインで研究会を開催し、①～③を念頭に分類、韓国を含む各地の事例の検討（三吉、中村、大庭、篠原報告）を行った。水田空間に関しては検討を進め、３月の研究会で大庭が灌漑システムの分類（②）、篠原が実験と土壌に関する報告（①）を行った。また②、③について、貴田の歴史地理学的な視点からの報告を得た。２）現地での実物や事例の調査検討を進めた。４月に徳島南蔵本遺跡の畑遺構の検討、４月、８月、12月に登呂遺跡実験水田土壌調査の検討会、12月に文京遺跡畑土壌の検討を行った。併せて徳島平野、松山平野、加えて奈良盆地、鳥取県沿岸部を対象とした農耕遺跡の立地・地形の検討を行った。また、韓国での事前調査を行う予定であったが感染症拡大の影響で繰り越しを行った。３）登呂遺跡実験水田での栽培実験と土壌調査を継続して行った。また、中山による圧痕調査も進められ、1月に秋津中西遺跡に関する調査成果が報告された。文京遺跡畑土壌の微細構造分析は感染症拡大の影響で繰り越しした。４）2022年度に、繰り越しした文京遺跡畑土壌の微細構造分析および韓国での事前調査を実施して2021年度事業を完了した。

This study aims to explain the diversity of agricultural strategies in the early stages of farming in the Japanese archipelago. The paper discusses three aspects: (1) the characteristics and formation process of soil science;(2) the structure and system of agricultural space;(3) the suitability of soil, terrain and water resources. In 2021, the research on agricultural space survey, paddy space and paddy field space will be promoted and the research center will be opened. 1) Last year, the research on agricultural space was carried out. In September, the seminar was held, the ideas were classified, and the case studies in Korea (Sanji, Nakamura, Daiwa, Shinohara) were conducted. Paddy field space related to the development of research, March research meeting on the classification of large court related to the development of the report (1) 2, 3 2) The investigation and discussion of the actual situation and cases shall be carried out. April: The survey of the original site of Zhang Yongnan; April, August and December: the survey of the paddy field of Denglu; December: the survey of the cultural site of Wenjing. In addition, the site and terrain of agricultural relics in the Tottori Basin, Matsuyama Hirano and Kaitō Nara Basin were discussed. In South Korea, pre-investigation was conducted to determine the impact of infection. 3) The cultivation of paddy field in Denglu remains and soil survey are carried out. The results of the pressure trace investigation in Zhongshan and Zhongshan were reported in January. Analysis of the micro-structure of the soil of the cultural relics and the influence of infection 4) In 2022, the microstructural analysis of cultural relics and the preliminary investigation of Korea were carried out and the project was completed in 2021.
