精神, 心理, 社会的要因に焦点を当てたゲノムコホート研究（GCOP研究）は, 1) 心理・社会的形質が死亡を含む健康アウトカムにどのような影響を与えるか, 2) 心理・社会的形質を規定する要因は何かの解明を目的としたゲノムコホート研究である. GCOP研究では, 心理・社会的形質の測定のために, 妥当性の確認された質問紙を用いて心理・社会的形質を幅広く測定することと, ゲノムワイド関連研究（genome-wide association study）遺伝子型の測定を行うことで, この2つの解明を進める.心理的形質としては, 抑うつ・不安, 強迫性, ADHD特性, 自閉症特性, 幻覚・妄想特性, 朝型・夜型特性, ニコチン依存性, アルコール依存性, キャンブル依存性, パーソナリテイ, QOL, 主観的幸福度を, 社会的形質としては, ソーシャル・サポートおよびソーシャル・キャピタルを扱う.GCOP研究では, これまでに約25,500人に対し質問紙調査を終え, そのうちの約10,300人分のGWAS遺伝子型の測定を終えている.

The mental, psychological, and social factors focus on the GCOP study: 1) the psychosocial form of death implies that the health, health, and social health conditions are related to each other; 2) the psychosocial structure prescribes that the psychosocial factors should be related to the purpose of understanding. GCOP research, psychosocial profile measurement, appropriate psychosocial profile measurement, psychosocial profile measurement, genome-wide association study study, subtype measurement, and cognitive development. Psychological traits such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, ADHD, narcissism, delusion, nocturnal, paranoia, QOL, happiness of the host, the shape of the society. In the study of GCOP, there were about 25500 people in the GWAS study, and about 10300 people in the GCOP study.
