项目摘要

研究１年目である2020年度のインターネット調査結果から、セルフコンパッションと抑うつの関連は明らかであった。この結果から、地域住民向けのセルフコンパッションを高める介入プログラムはメンタルヘルス支援に有効であると結論付けられた。2021年度は、セルフコンパッションを用いた専門職向け研修のアンケートを参考に、地域住民向けコンテンツの作成、実現可能な回数を検討した。開催場所は大学とせずに、近隣住民の集会所などを利用しアウトリーチ型で開催することとし、研究フィールドの自治会窓口となる担当者にメンタルヘルス支援に関するニーズの聞き取りを行い実行可能性について検討した。2022年1月のインターネット調査の結果では、前年同時期の調査に比べセルフコンパッション得点は低下し、K6得点は上昇がみられ心理的ストレス相当であったが、前年と有意差はなかった。2020年度のインターネット調査で使用したセルフコンパッションの尺度を変更して研究計画を作成し、介入群と比較するインターネット調査の倫理審査申請の準備をした。2022年度は、インターネット調査の倫理審査申請とともに研究フィールドの自治会の担当者から対象者やプログラム実施に関するヒアリングを行い、これをもとに介入効果検証をテーマとした倫理審査申請を行った。これら2つの倫理申請が承認され、新たな尺度を使用した調査を実施し、データ解析した。SCS-Jを用いた調査においても、K6と中等度の相関とともにレジリエンスとは高い相関を示した。K6とSCS-Jの６下位尺度で最も関連を示した下位尺度は自己批判であった。介入研究については研究フィールドの自治会に研究実施の依頼をし、頂いた意見をもとに倫理申請の変更申請をして承認され、参加モニターを募る準備を進めている。2023年度は、介入を実施し評価の予定だが、目標の対象数が得られるまで、介入を繰り返す。
