项目摘要

本年度はオンライン実験を２つ行うことができた。どちらの実験においても、様々な年齢・職業の実験参加者を大規模に集める、という、オンライン実験の利点を生かした実験を行った。１つ目の実験では、不正を行う人がどのような個人特性や経済選好をもっているのかを明らかにした。さらに、この実験では不正行為を行う人に対するステレオタイプが公務員と民間労働者でどのように異なるのかも調査した。民間労働者においては、女性である・既婚である・管理職である、という個人特性が不正を行わないことと相関した。公務員においては、年齢が高い・年収が高いという、という個人特性が不正を行わないことと相関した。さらに、不正選好と相関する経済選好はリスク選好であり、リスク回避的であることと不正を行わないことが相関していた。また、ステレオタイプに関して、公務員は「公務員は民間労働者よりも不正を行わない」というステレオタイプをもっていることが明らかとなった。なお、この研究は査読付きの国際学会や、国内の複数の学会で研究報告を行い、査読付きのプロシーディングス論文として刊行されている。２つ目の実験では、不正行為の利益が自分のものになる場合・他人の利益になる場合・自分を含む共同の利益になる場合・公共の利益になる場合の４つの状況において、不正行為の程度がどのように異なるかを検証した。現在はこの結果の分析を行い、論文化を進めている。今後、国際学会での報告、さらには国際雑誌への投稿を行う予定である。
