本研究の仮説は「災害という特殊状況は新たなネットワークの形成を促し、外部の多様な知識を探索・結合させることで中小企業のイノベーションを促進する」 である。このため、仮説を立証するために、以下の論点を明らかにする。1）中小企業は災害の後に、どのような人材とどのようなプロセスでネットワークを新 たに構築すると、イノベーションが促進されるのか 2）災害後の大手企業と中小企業のオープンイノベーション、中小企業のクラウドファンディングはどのようなプロセスで行われ、どのような利点と問題点が発生するのか、である。2022年度は前年度から引き続き、起業家・企業家のインタビュー、文献調査を中心にして研究を実施した。特に被災三県の調査では起業とともに、津波等でダメージを受けた企業が新たな事業として、委託事業から自社製品のブランド構築といった事例を通じて新製品開発に取り組み工程を観察できた。また、仙台市のスタートアップ支援部門と連携して震災で誕生した企業に連続してインタビューを行い、震災後10年を経過した時点で、事業継続のためにどのようなイノベーションを行い、それをどのように普及させてきたのかを明らかにした。様々な企業が10年を迎えるにあたり、特に初期の試行錯誤モデルから、継続しつつ常に革新性を維持しながら新たな事業展開や市場開拓を行っている状況を明らかにした。これらの結果は現在、論文作成中であり、一部は査読中にある。

This study aims at promoting the formation of new enterprises under special conditions of disasters, exploring and integrating diversified external knowledge, and promoting the development of SMEs. The company has been in business for 10 years, and the initial trial errors have been made. The innovation has been maintained, and the new business development and market development have been made. The result of this paper is now, the paper is written in the middle, and a part of the paper is checked in the middle.
