中国における妊婦の過度の体重増加予防を目的とする社会的ネットワークの有効性の検証

今年我继续对中国孕妇控制妊娠期体重增加的潜在障碍的探索进行定性研究：1)将收集数据汇总为英文科学数据；2)利用photovoice进行参与性行动研究，探索潜在的干预工具（Health Plate and education）1)总结的论文《无法控制妊娠期体重增加：中国孕妇的定性分析》在BMJ open上成功发表2)15名参与者被邀请到微信组，其中包括2名医务人员。他们被分发了健康牌和教育材料（参考哈佛大学健康牌）。最后，他们接受了关于使用盘子的感受和经验的访谈。采访显示，餐盘对摄入量很有用，可以很好地提醒人们均衡饮食。此外，插图丰富的教材也对他们的家庭成员产生了积极的影响。然而，大多数人表示他们不习惯使用盘子（例如，与普通的碗相比太重，与他人一起吃饭时不方便，对盘子的质量感到焦虑）。在许多其他研究（西方国家）中，餐盘被证明是有用的。然而，在中国的文化背景下，这可能是不相容的。相关的教育资料（健康板块）有望成为进一步研究中有效的干预策略。健康餐盘的插图被认为比提供真正的餐盘更具成本效益。

This year I continued the qualitative study on the exploration of potential barriers of controlling gestational weight gain among pregnant Chinese women: 1) summarized the collecting data to English scientific data; 2) conducted a participatory action research using photovoice to explore potential intervention tools (Health Plate and education)1) The summarized work “Inability to control gestational weight gain: a qualitative analysis of pregnant Chinese women” was successfully published on BMJ Open.2) 15 participants were invited to a WeChat group individually including two medical staffs. They were delivered a Health Plate and education materials (referred to Harvard University Health Plate). Finally, they were interviewed on their feelings and experiences on using the plate. The interview showed that the plate is useful on intakes and can be a good reminder of balance diet. In addition, the education material with plenty illustrations also positively influenced their family members. However, most of them said they were not used to using the plate (e.g. too heavy compared to the normal bowl, not convenient when eat with other people, be anxious for the quality of plate).The food plate is showed to be useful in many other studies (western countries). However, it may be culturally incompatible in Chinese setting. Related education material (Health Plate) is expected to be an effective intervention strategy in further research. The illustration of Health Plate is considered to be more cost-effectiveness than delivering a real plate.
