项目摘要

本年度は、実証フェーズで使用する仮説モデルのブラッシュアップと変数の測定方法について検討を行った。技術系ベンチャー企業が技術開発フェーズと技術の事業化フェーズの違いに着目し、時間展開、および成長段階毎のモデルの構築に取り組んだ。まだ、完全にはできあがってはいないが、2023年度前半にはより精緻なものに仕上げる。インタビュー調査では、ベンチャー企業を支援するベンチャーキャピタリストや、コンサルタントとの意見交換を行った。しかしながら、予定していたベンチャー企業の経営者、及びスタートアップ時の創業メンバーに対して聞き取りは予定通りには進まなかった。アンケート調査に活用するベンチャー企業のデータベースについては、企業情報を追加で収集し充実化を図り、リストをほぼ完成させた。その他の実績としては、事業を創造する、もしくは革新的な製品を生み出すために必要な要件について、過去に他の研究者によって行われた事例研究を分析し、ベンチャー企業の成長要因の文脈でメカニズムを再考した。具体的には、既存大企業では個人のアイデアをいかに組織として理解し学習するかということが重要である。一方でベンチャー企業では、個人のアイデアの組織知への変換に加え、組織外の資源を活用し、それらを内部の知識と統合することが必要である。そのことを踏まえ、既存理論を一部修正もしくは他の理論との統合を検討した。もう一つは、外部知識の探索の促進要因を、経営者もしくはマネジメント層の起業家精神（アントレプレナー・オリエンテーション）の視点から定量分析し、論文を紀要に掲載した。
