项目摘要

令和２年度には、小学校に勤務する養護教諭を対象に、児童虐待の実践内容の背景にあるヤングケアラーの存在に関する聞き取り調査を実施、論文を作成し日本健康相談活動学会誌「児童虐待防止における養護教諭の役割と今後の方向性―学校に勤務する養護教諭の経験からー」が掲載された。令和３年度には、四国４県及び岡山県の公立小学校に勤務する養護教諭を対象に、ヤングケアラーの認識や対応に関するアンケート調査を実施した。この結果は、日本看護科学会及び日本公衆衛生学会において発表している。また、アンケート調査時に、聞き取り調査に承諾した養護教諭を対象にインタビューを実施し、結果を日本健康相談活動学会「小学校に勤務する養護教諭がとらえる児童虐待防止における気づき」及び日本養護教諭教育学会「インタビューからみえた小学校養護教諭のヤングケアラー対応への課題」を発表した。日本養護教諭教育学会への投稿論文を作成中である。聞き取り調査の結果、「校内で事例検討や研修会の実施により、ヤングケアラーを見逃さない知識と体制づくり」「子ども自身がヤングケアラーの知識を習得し、自ら教員に相談できるような教育的関わりの重要性」、「家庭の状況が深く関わるため、学校と福祉行政等の関係機関（者）が連携し情報共有できる仕組みや支援の体制づくり」などの課題があった。文献による検討をした論文「ヤングケアラー概念の批判的検討ー英国での議論を参照して」、「リスク社会の子どもの人権」は雑誌に掲載済みである。令和４年度には、養護教諭を対象としたケースメソッド法を活用したじれ検討会を開催し、養護教諭がヤングケアラーの発見や支援と課題について検討を重ねている。この結果を日本学校保健学会及び日本健康相談活動学会で発表予定である。令和４年度に予定していた「ヤングケアラーの状態にある子どもの親への聞き取り調査について、令和５年度から開始予定である。
