项目摘要

フランスでは，長い職業教育の歴史のなかで，教育機関での理論的教育と企業での職場実践を組み合わせた「フランス型デュアルシステム」(formation enalternance：アルテルナンス教育)が発達してきた．同制度は，もともと中等教育レベルの若年者を育成するものとして発展してきたが,1987年の制度改定を契機に，高等教育の学生がこの制度を活用する動きが活発化し，現在では高等教育の学生が多く利用している．しかしながら，こうした現状にもかかわらず，高等教育における同制度の実態究明はこれまでなされてこなかった．今年度も前年度同様，コロナの影響により，研究活動が制限されたため，成果は限定的ではあるが，高等教育におけるアルテルナンス教育の直近の動向が詳らかとなった．同教育制度のメインである見習(みならい)契約制度(Contrat d’apprentissage)は，これまで中等教育レベルの契約者が多数を占めていたが，2020年には高等教育レベルの契約者が過半数を占めるにまでなり，近年，高等教育でのアルテルナンス教育の発展が著しいことが明らかとなった．また，こうした新たな潮流の一因として考えられる2018年の法改正の特徴についても，前年度までに明らかになった事実をもとにさらに細かく分析してきた．今後は，こうした知見をさらに考察していくこととする。

The history of vocational education in China has long been divided into two parts: theoretical education in educational institutions and workplace practice in enterprises. The system of secondary education has developed rapidly since the reform of the system in 1987, and students in higher education are now making more use of it. The status quo of higher education is the same as that of higher education.
