项目摘要

本研究は、いわゆる「主体的・対話的で深い学び」が促進されるような児童の自発的な質問生成を引き出すことである。その要因の一つとして学級文化に注目し「教室における児童の自発的な質問生成を個人要因により説明することに限界があること」、「教室における児童の自発的な質問生成には学級差があり、主体的な学びが求められうような学級であるか、学習者同士あるいは教師と学習者の関係性が築かれている学級であるかによって質問生成が起こるか否かを説明できる可能性があること」といった指摘について検討を行っている。「主体的な学びが求められうような学級であるか」について、小学校のどのような学級間差があるか、あるとすればどのような児童の活動の学級間差に反映されるのか、について特に学校生活意欲に着目して分析を行った。具体的には、小学校３校にて、延べ40クラスの学級文化に係るデータを収集し、学級間差の特長について基礎的な分析を行った。その結果、学級文化の特長に学級間差があり、その学級間の差に応じて児童の学校生活意欲に差があることが分かった。規律や人間関係が醸成されている学級の方が、そうでない学校よりも学校生活意欲が有意に高い。また、学級文化の特徴によって生じる子供の意欲は量的な違いが見られるとともに、質的に異なること（学習意欲のクラスターの出現割合の違い）を確認した。このことから、教師の学級経営の結果として醸成される環境が、学級において児童が学校生活意欲の高さを規定する可能性が示唆される。学校生活意欲の高いクラスで質問生成が促進される可能性が高い（この点については、今後の検討課題とする）。学級間差を規定する要因として、教師の学級経営力に着目することができることから、アセスメントをもとに授業づくり・学級集団づくりを行っていく、教育実践の取り組みについて、本研究のテーマと照らして検討することが必要である。
