2022年度は，6月と10月にそれぞれ10日間，11日間の日程で英国調査を実施した。6月の調査では，まだCovid-19の影響から園の訪問がキャンセルされる状況もあったが，4施設に訪問10名の保育者にインタビュー調査を実施した。またコーディネータが所属するPlymouth Marjon UniversityのTeacher Education Partnership専攻の学部長，教授と面談し，調査の連携について承諾，及び確認を受けた。10月の調査では，7施設に訪問16名の保育者にインタビュー調査ができ，またPlymouth Marjon Universityに在学中の3名の保育職経験者にもインタビュー調査を実施した。2023年度以降は国内調査を実施する。最終年度の質問紙調査の保育者効力感尺度の開発に向けて，学生を対象とした保育者効力感及び保育職への就業予期と考察力との関係について分析し，学会発表並びに論文執筆を行なった。分析の結果から，効力感については特に個人内での持続性が低いこと，就業予期が高い学生ほど「授業を真面目に聞いている」ことの顕示が考察を阻害しており，考察ではなく学習内容の剽窃が表現されることなど，保育者養成を学校文化の中で行う上での問題点が抽出された。今後の改善策としては，学校文化への過剰適応について教員間で認識を共有する機会を設けるなど，キャリア教育として配慮すべき事項を明確化する工夫が必要であるとした。(学会発表)保育学生における＜気づき＞の促進要因 ―就業予期と効力感の視点からー.日本応用心理学会 第88回大会.（論文）授業から得た＜気づき＞の分析；効力感と就業予期との関連から.常葉大学保育学部紀要,10,1-10.
