项目摘要

3年目にあたる2022年度は，第1に，理論と実践とをつなぐために，幼児期から児童期にかけての魔術的な心と科学的な心の共存にかかわる実験・調査論文について，引き続き収集・整理を行った。併せて，保育現場において子どもが目に見えない架空のものとの出会いを経験する想像的探険遊びについて，保育者とともに事例検討会を複数回開催し，子どもの姿や保育方法等についての事例収集を行うとともに，意見交換を行った。その成果の一部は，「保育における想像的探険遊びと子どもの発達」（『障害者問題研究』，第50巻第4号，258-265頁）としてまとめられるとともに，商業誌でのインタビュー記事やWeb記事，学会発表，講演会，研修会等で広く一般に公開した。第2に，幼児を対象とした魔術的な心と科学的な心との間の揺れ動きに関する実験・調査研究を行った。具体的には，（1）幼年期における憧れのテレビキャラクターになりたいという願いを実現させるための方法についての回想的な質問紙調査，（2）幼児期における超自然的な力の実在が示唆される状況下での魔術的な言葉や動作への信頼についての実験，（3）幼児期における実在する人物の絵や映像によって監視されている状況下での違反行為の抑制についての実験の3つを行った。研究の結果，（1）については，幼年期に子どもは憧れのテレビキャラクターになるために現実的方法の他に様々な魔術的方法を思い描いていること，（2）については，5歳児でも超自然的な力の実在が示唆される状況下では実験者が示した魔術的な言葉や動作に対して強い信頼を示すこと，（3）については，5歳児でも映像が見せかけであることの理解はまだ十分でなく，映像の監視者の存在が違反行為を抑制するうえで効果を発揮することが明らかにされた。2022年度は研究成果として，6編の論文を発表した。2023年度は引き続きいくつかの実験・調査を行うとともに，成果をまとめる予定である。
