项目摘要

神林教授および大山教授で担当している令和4（2022）年度以降に予定されている開業時から3年間の経営指標のパネルデータ化について、諸方面と交渉を重ねたところ、最終的に調査会社が保有している新設法人に関する名簿を利用することとなった。ただし、この名簿は登記情報から構成されているため、調査時点で登記簿上の連絡先を維持しているか、あるいは事業を継続しているかは明らかではない。名簿情報をそのまま利用して調査をかけた場合の回収率が極度に低下することが予想されることから、本調査前に、その調査時点で事業が継続しているか、連絡先の変更がないか、本調査に協力依頼ができるかを問う予備調査を行い、数千社からの否定的ではない回答が得られた。また、主に玄田教授および照山教授、神林教授が担当している政府統計を用いた分析も引き続き進行させた。ただし、研究協力者の来日はコロナ禍で実現しなかった。また、玄田教授および照山教授は、コロナ感染下での多くが自営業からなるフリーランスの継続・発展の要因を労働政策研究・研修機構が緊急実施したパネル調査を用いて実証分析し、その内容を公表した。あわせてリクルートワークス研究所による全国就業実態パネル調査を実証分析し、2020年前後の自営業を含む働き方の変化とその背景を実証分析し、その内容を共編著として成果発信した。神林教授が主に担当している職業紹介データを用いた分析も進め、提示賃金の応募や採用への弾力性の計測について計算結果が出ており、論文の形に直す作業を進めた。

The National Employment Survey conducted by the National Institute of Labor and Social Security conducted an empirical analysis of the background of self-employment around 2020, including the transformation of labor and social security, and compiled a report on the results of the survey. Professor Kamabayashi is responsible for the analysis of the application of professional information, the promotion of financial resources, the application of force measurement, the calculation of results, and the development of direct work.
