本研究の目的は、マクロ経済学や金融経済学の観点から、日本経済がなぜ長期停滞に陥ったのかを理論的・実証的に分析すると同時に、停滞から脱却するための処方箋を提示することにある。研究では、この目的を達成するため、日本経済の超低金利や低インフレの原因がどれだけ構造的な問題に起因しているかを「動学的非効率」などこれまでとは異なる分析の枠組みや予測データの個票など独自のデータベースを使って検証した。とくに、インフレ率以外のマクロ経済変数の予測値を同時に用いることで需要要因や供給要因の影響を除去し、経済状況とは独立なインフレ期待のアンカーを求め、それが日本経済の構造的問題から「デフレマインド」を生み出し、物価の低迷をもたらしているとする仮説を検証した。加えて、急速に進行することが見込まれる少子高齢化が日本経済にもたらす影響やゾンビ企業が日本企業の生産性に与えてきた影響を新たにデータベースを構築することで実証的に分析し、その背後にある構造的問題を明らかにすると同時に、解決のための処方箋を提示した。長期停滞の深刻さやその持続可能性という点からは、わが国が先進主要国の中でもっとも際立った国であり、日本経済がなぜ長期停滞に陥ったのかを理論的・実証的に分析すると同時に、停滞から脱却するための処方箋を提示したことはきわめて意義が大きいといえる。これまでの分析では、経済政策が与えてきた影響を一つ一つ根気よく検証し、日本経済の構造問題を丁寧に解き明かすことで、長期停滞の本源的な原因を解明すると同時にそれからの脱却に向けた処方箋を導き出しつつある。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the theoretical basis of long-term stagnation in Japanese economy and to suggest the formulation of stagnation. To achieve this goal, the study focuses on the causes of Japan's ultra-low economic and social costs, the causes of structural problems, and the dynamics of non-efficiency. In addition to the estimated value of the Japanese economy, the demand factor is eliminated, the economic situation is independent, the expectation is lost, and the structural problems of the Japanese economy are analyzed. Add to this list a quick review of the impact of Japanese companies on productivity and the impact of Japanese companies on the construction of new products. The possibility of long-term stagnation is analyzed in detail. The significance of long-term stagnation is discussed. The analysis of the impact of economic policies on the development of Japan is based on the analysis of the structural problems of Japan's economy, the analysis of the root causes of long-term stagnation, and the analysis of the development of economic policies.
