２０２１年度は海外在住の研究者によるオンライン研究会の定期開催を定着させたが、渡航制限がやや緩和されたものの、本研究課題の主目的の一つである海外研究者の招聘は行うことができなかった。しかし翌２０２２年度から本研究課題による研究会を対面に移行し、国内の研究者の連携を深化させるとともに、関連研究課題に取り組むカナダの研究者グループとのオンラインでの研究交流を継続した。そして米国の研究者を招聘し、特別講義、研究報告を通して国際研究ネットワークを拡大させた。研究代表者は主に動学チープトークゲームについての研究に取り組んだ。メディアによる情報発信の信頼性の動学分析においては、メディア企業同士の競争を取り入れた新たなモデルを構築し、メディア企業の競争は必ずしも発信される情報の信頼性を高めない、という結論を得た。情報の受け手が、情報の送り手に対して、情報を受け取るごとに料金を支払う場合、その価格付けや情報の信頼性が環境によってどのように変化するかを分析する動学モデルの分析においては、価格と情報の信頼性、及び情報の受け手が情報を受け取る回数との相互関係に非単調性があるという結果を導出した。その他、複数均衡が存在する投票モデルの最も効率的な均衡の導出に関する論文において、主要命題の証明の大幅な改善を行った。研究分担者による成果としては、企業組織における中間管理職の役割を、経営者（役員）と一般従業員との安価かつ正確なコミュニケーション手段として定式化した研究、それぞれが私的情報を持つ複数エージェントからなるチームに対する権限委譲の効率性を、チーム内のエージェント間の利害対立及びコミュニケーションのあり方から分析した研究、複数部門を持つ組織の意思決定が集権的か分権的に行われるべきかを、事業の多角化や既存事業に対するイナーシャ（惰性）といった要素を中心に分析した研究、が挙げられる。
