项目摘要

8月にモンゴル国ザブハン県アブダライ遺跡の発掘調査ならびに古人骨の形質人類学的調査を行う予定であったが、新型コロナ感染症拡大のため延期とした。そこで、岡崎・米元は、これまで現地で行ったモンゴル青銅器時代人骨の三次元計測データーを基に、頭骨の復元模型の作成、ならびに復顔を行うことにより、青銅器時代におけるモンゴル古人骨の頭蓋形態の類似性やSr値の結果をまとめ、人間の移動や交流を考察した。さらに、出土遺物を日本国内に持ち込めないところから、頭蓋骨のレプリカを作成することで、展示などのアウトリーチ活動を今後予定する。さらに、10月～11月に予定していた中国山東省楊家圏遺跡の水田遺跡調査も、新型コロナ感染症拡大のため延期とした。中国・韓国での初期農耕伝播過程の現地調査が難しいところから、北部九州へ水稲農耕が伝播し受容する過程を明らかにするため、1951～1961年にかけて東亜考古学会が発掘調査した壱岐原の辻遺跡の再整理調査を行った。原の辻遺跡は弥生時代の拠点集落遺跡であり、東亜考古学会の発掘調査では炭化米などの農耕関係資料が採集されていた。これらの年代測定や上條が炭化米の計測調査を継続した。また、出土遺物の実測調査を宮本・松本と九州大学学生によって進め、出土土器の実測をすべて終えることができた。一方、小畑は国内での土器圧痕調査を進め、国内での農耕の普及過程を復元すべき、基礎資料の蓄積を進めている。この他、宮本・小畑は、東アジアにおける初期農耕の拡散過程に関する本科研費研究の成果をもとに、講演会活動を行った。
