项目摘要

本研究の目的は、東北タイ農村における育児や高齢者の扶養、介護といったケアの実践に焦点を当て、それらがどのような価値、社会関係のなかで行われているのかを検討することである。それらを通して、グローバル化や少子高齢化を背景にした当該地域の親密圏の動態を明らかにする。2021年度は、昨年度に引き続き新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大により海外渡航が制限されたことにより、計画通りにタイでの現地調査を行うことができなかった。そのため海外調査を延期し、国内で文献研究を行った。具体的には、タイの高齢者ケアに関する民族誌的資料を収集、読解した。これにより本研究に関わる多くの知見を得ることができた。書評（1件）の研究成果を公表した。また延期した2021年度の調査に関しては、2022年度に実施した。2021年度分予算を繰越して使用した2022年度の研究実績は以下の通りである。（1）タイ・バンコク、および地方農村にて、大卒女性の労働状況と家族のケアに関する調査を実施した。バンコクでは農村出身の大卒女性の生活状況についてインタビュー調査を行った。また地方農村では40歳までの大卒者の近況、および大卒女性の子どもを養育している祖父母の状況について調査を行った。（2）国際ジェンダー学会2022年大会にて報告を行った。近年、タイ地方農村出身女性の大学進学率が上がっており、女性はこれまでの出稼ぎとは異なるキャリアを都市部で形成しつつある。経済的自立を果たし、実家世帯の生計を支える一方で、家族形成、とくに乳幼児期の育児については農村の実家に依存している状況を明らかにし、当該地域の「自立」概念について注意深く検討する必要性を指摘した。ケアをシェアするとういう当該地域の価値、それに基づく社会関係の状況から、日本ではケアの関係性が孤立しがちであることを相対化して考察することができた。

The purpose of this study is to focus on the development, care and practice of rural children in Northeast China, and to discuss the development and practice of social relations. In recent years, the enrollment rate of women from rural areas has increased, and the number of women from urban areas has increased. The results of self-reliance in rural areas, the support of family life, the formation of families, the development of young children, the dependence of rural families, and the need to pay attention to the concept of self-reliance in the region. The relationship between Japan and Japan is isolated when the region's value and social relations are different.
