研究計画の4年目である2022年度は、用法基盤モデルに基づく実証的な言語研究を行う方法論として3年目に引き続き、自然言語処理を取り入れた研究を継続すると同時に、構文的な知識の社会的な側面の研究を開始した。主な研究実績は以下の通り。第一に、言語処理学会にて、チュートリアルとワークショップに参加して、Bert等の言語モデルを人間が持つ言語知識に見立てることの有効性に関して検討を行った。第二に、日本認知言語学会において、構文文法の社会的な側面を探るワークショップに参加をして、均質的な言語知識ではなく、変化・変種・変異等を考慮した言語知識を探る重要性に関して検討を行った。第三に、日本英文学会にて、認知言語学の研究を実証的に行う方法論を自然言語処理の観点から検討するシンポジウムを行った。第四に、日本英語学会において、英語学が世界の個別言語に与える様々な影響を考察する特別公開シンポジウムを行った。また、企画を発展させ、シンポジウム後には、18組の研究グループに声をかけ、「言語研究に潜む英語の影響」という書籍の出版に向けた準備等を行った。第五に、雑誌『英語教育』（大修館）にて全6回の「授業に活かす　英語構文文法入門」の執筆を行い、教育の現場で教える教員向けに構文文法の理論的な知識を解説した。第六に、「実例で語る前置詞」（平沢慎也著）の書評を『英語研究』に執筆した。また、研究結果 を社会に還元するために、意味論・語用論に基づく「英語の文法」に関する連続講義（朝日カルチャーセンター新宿校、 13回）を行った。

Fifth, the journal "English Education"(overhaul hall) includes six chapters of "Introduction to English Grammar for Teaching Activities" and writing, teaching and teaching on the spot. Teachers explain the theoretical knowledge of English Grammar. The sixth chapter,"English Studies", was written by Shirazawa Shinya.
