项目摘要

まず、真宗東本願寺派の触頭を務めた越中国城端善徳寺や加賀国金沢瑞泉寺をはじめとする、加賀藩の真宗寺院に関する史料の検討を進め、同藩における真宗寺院の触頭制度とその地域的基盤に関する論文の作成を進めた。その中で、個別の触頭や寺院組合の事例に限定せず、加賀国・越中国・能登国にまたがる広域的な視野で、諸事例を関連付けつつ論じる方法を獲得できた。しかし、論文の完成には至らなかったため、研究期間を2023年度まで延長し、引き続き取り組むこととした。次に、真宗西本願寺派の録所（上級触頭）を務めた長門国萩清光寺の支配権に関する論文の作成を進めた。関連して、山口県編『山口県史』通史編近世（山口県、2022年）の中で私が執筆を担当した「第7編第3章　宗教文化の諸相」に、萩藩の寺院の触頭制度とその地域的基盤に関する最新の研究成果を盛り込むことができた。また、江戸触頭であった浄土宗鎮西派の芝増上寺、臨済宗五山派の芝金地院、真宗西本願寺派の築地御坊、そして築地御坊の下にあった麻布善福寺に関する史料を検討した。その成果の一部は、今後刊行予定の港区（東京都）編『港区史』資料編近世（港区）に反映させたい。一方、小林准士『日本近世の宗教秩序　―浄土真宗の宗旨をめぐる紛争―』（塙書房、2022年）の書評を、『日本史研究』第724号に発表した。小林著では、近世独自の政教関係や、地域における僧侶・門徒の動向についても検討されており、本研究課題と密接に関連する。本興寺編『本興寺文書』第7巻（清文堂出版、2024年刊行予定）に収録する史料の校正・検討を進めたことも付記しておきたい。この史料中には、法華宗の触頭・寺院組合・講に関する記事が含まれている。

Kobayashi's research topic is closely related to the relationship between religion and politics in modern times, the movement of monks and disciples, and the relationship between religion and religion. The seventh volume of "Honkyoji Document" compiled by Honkyoji Temple (published by Qing Wen Tang and scheduled to be published in 2024) contains the correction and discussion of historical materials. The historical records of the Fahua sect include the contact, temple combination and related notes.
