本研究では、近年急激に成長し、新興国経済にとって大きな影響を持つまでになった国外労働者の本国への送金（移民の国際送金）と国際金融市場における投資資金調達という、異なる性質を持つ二つの大きな国際資金フローが生みだす政策当局にとっての新しいジレンマに焦点を当て、新興国経済の安定化に資する効率的で実行可能な為替政策運営の示唆を得ることを目的としている。本年度は前年度に構築した、Igityan (2016)型の経済移民コストを考慮した動学の小国開放経済モデルを拡張し、国際的なショックによる為替変動と、企業家による国際資金調達を導入したモデルの構築を行った。後述の理由から、現在においてもこの作業途中であり、厚生分析にまでは至っていない。ただし、併行してここまでに得た成果の一部は学術誌への投稿を行っており、その査読に対するリバイズも実施している。

This study focuses on the rapid growth of emerging countries in recent years, the impact of foreign investment on domestic investment (immigration and international investment) and the nature of international investment in international financial markets. The efficiency of the stabilization of emerging economies may be achieved for the purpose of achieving policy objectives. This year, compared with the previous year, the construction of Igityan (2016)-type economic immigration system has taken into account the dynamics of small countries, the opening up of international enterprises, and the introduction of international capital transfer. The reason for the latter is that, now, in the middle of the job, in the middle of the job. A part of the results obtained in this study is related to the contribution of academic journals and the implementation of research projects.
