项目摘要

自動車産業は100年に一度の大変革期にあり、サプライチェーンにおける部品サプライヤーにとってもその影響は大きく、取引品目や取引先のあり方を検討することが喫緊の課題となっている。2022年度は、自動車部品サプライヤーを基点にエゴセントリック・ネットワークとして捉えて、企業規模のデータに、「取引品目数」と「取引メーカー数」の変数を加味して分析した結果、次の3点について明らかにした。まず、企業規模に関して、売上高（対数値）を指標したときに、部品サプライヤーの取引品目数が多いほど、また取引メーカー数が多いほど、売上高が高いという基本的な関係が確認できた。また、売上高そのものを指標としたときには、「取引品目数」だけが売上に関連するという結果であった。第2に、取引品目数および取引メーカー数別の売上高の箱ひげ図から、その売上高の上方の外れ値は、一部の例外（ダイハツ工業）を除けば、いずれも自動車メーカーだけが主要顧客ではない大手企業である。第3に、箱ひげ図の下側の外れ値には、外資サプライヤーを存在しており、国内の部品市場にも外資サプライヤーの参入が確認できる。現時点では、売上規模は小さいものの、外れ値以外にもZF（ドイツ）や現代モービス（韓国）なども参入している。また、サプライチェーンにおける川下の中古車市場を対象にベンツおよびBMWと比較をし、高級ブランドとしてのレクサスの位置づけを明らかにした結果を論文として取りまとめた。
