2022年度の研究実績は以下のとおりである。査読論文2本(そのうち1本は2023年8月刊行予定）、招待論文1本、日独中小企業の比較に関する調査報告書（MISC）を刊行した。調査報告書は、2023年中に書籍として、刊行予定である。学会報告は国内学会にて、3回行った。2023年度中の学会報告1回もすでに決定している。さらに、招待講演に関しては、研究代表者の所属する大学でのシンポジウム1回、外部の機関、団体からの招待講演4回だった。中小企業調査を踏まえた特設サイトも開設した。研究計画に沿って、プロジェクトの研究成果を多方面で、発信している。特に、査読論文「個人的企業家志向性の自己・他者評価の差と人事考課」『Venture Review』では、本プロジェクトの主題である「企業における従業員の企業家行動の促進・阻害要因と自律性の関係」を、コーポレート・アントレプレナーシップ、個人的企業家志向性、職務自律性、職務多様性といったアントレプレナーシップ研究における概念を下敷きに、実際の企業の人事データを用いながら、計量的手法により解明している。また、刊行予定の査読論文である「自営業者のバーンアウトと個人的企業家志向性」『日本中小企業学会論集』では、起業家あるいは中小企業の被雇用者の企業家行動の阻害要因としてのバーンアウトに着目するアイディアを示した。その上で、質問紙調査から、個人的企業家志向性とバーンアウトの関係の一端を明らかにした。コロナ禍の落ち着きから、研究計画書通り、2022年度の調査として、東京都、埼玉、大阪、燕三条、静岡、愛知、鹿児島の地域中小企業の調査を行った。本プロジェクトの延長線上にある産官学連携の共同研究を下敷きにして、タイの日系中小企業と台湾の日系大企業、ローカル小規模企業の多角的な調査を行った。本科研費プロジェクトはコロナ禍により、一時期の遅滞を乗り越えたと言える。
