本研究の目的は、特定の技術に関する専門的知識を持つ専門家と、それを持たない非専門家の協働が、イノベーションに有効に働くという仮説を検証することである。本研究は、①事前調査、②仮説の導出と実験デザイン、③サンプル企業における実験、④他業種による実験、の全４フェーズからなり、2019年度は、③を実施し、データ分析および検討を行った。具体的には、共同研究の契約企業2社の専門家、および社会人大学生を被験者とし、専門家（１群）、専門家による技術知識を与えた非専門家（２群）および専門家による技術知識を与えなかった非専門家（３群）で新製品のアイデア創出課題を教示し、各群の被験者が発想したアイデアの創造性を評価した。この研究成果は、2019年6月に日本開発工学会第二回研究発表大会において発表した。2020年度はその結果を踏まえて、より企業の実務に近い実験デザインを採る④に着手した。ここでは③とは逆に、専門家が、非専門家のアイデアを参照することによって、アイデア創造性に正の影響を与えるかについて、実験を通じて調査した。これにより、企業の専門家が、非専門家の発想を利用することの有効性を検討した。2021年度は、協力企業による新製品開発2分野における第二分野の実験を実施した。これによって、2019年度から開始した一連の実験が完了した。その後、2019年度の実験（専門家の知識によるプライミングの影響）と2020年度の実験（非専門家のアイデアによるプライミングの影響）の結果を整理し、論文執筆を主な研究活動に充てた。日本語による原稿はほぼ終了。2022年度は、当該論文を英訳推敲し、第一投稿先に投稿を試みたところ採択されなかったため、エディターからのレコメンデーションに沿って論文を修正し、第二候補の投稿先に投稿した。本年度末時点で、査読中のステータスにある。

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the knowledge of specific technologies in the field.
