2022年度は2021年度に引き続き、2019年度に収集し、2020年度に抽出を行った米国企業の企業結合データからサンプリングを行い、企業結合により全部暖簾と全部負の暖簾発生益が発生している、米国企業における実際の開示情報の内容について、確認を行った。それにより、2021年度に検討を行った分析のフレームワークについて、さらなる検討を行った。これは、本研究課題における「山内（2015）および山内（2016）における分析のフレームワークの再構築」の段階に該当し、2022年度においても2021年度と同様、当該段階で留まっている状況である。一方で、2022年度においてはこれまでとは異なり、開示情報の入手・開示内容の確認方法を大幅に変更した。これまでは、開示情報をPDF形式で入手できる場合にはPDF形式のものを入手したうえで、その開示内容を確認していたが、PDF形式で入手できない場合には、当該開示情報のWeb pageにおいて、その開示内容の確認を行っていた。2022年度はそれを改善するために、開示情報に係るXBRL（eXtensible Business Reporting Language）を入手し、そこから開示内容を確認することを試みた。当該試みは、ある程度上手くいったと考えているが、2023年度には、それを、よりブラッシュアップしていく予定である。*山内暁.2015「全部暖簾の構成要素に係る分析－IFRS任意適用企業における全部暖簾の事例を中心に」ディスクロージャーニュース（宝印刷株式会社 総合ディスクロージャー＆IR研究所）(30).*山内暁.2016「負の暖簾発生益の実態に係る分析―日本における米国会計基準適用企業にみられる事例を中心に」ディスクロージャーニュース（宝印刷株式会社 ディスクロージャー＆IR総合研究所）(34).
