2022年度は、本研究のこれまでの成果を一定程度まとめ、「 被差別部落からの転出とアイデンティティ」 第73回関西社会学会大会 2022年5月27日、および「被差別部落から／への転出と転入 」第95回日本社会学会大会 2022年11月12日として発表した。前者では、部落から転出している人々へのインタビュー調査から、転出者のアイデンティティのあり様や、インターネットを介して部落の情報を拡散したことをめぐる「部落アウティング」裁判の地裁判決と実態とのズレについて考察した。部落から転出しているからといって、アイデンティティは希薄化しているとは限らないため、判決で部落出身者としてのプライバシー権が認められなかったことについて、実態との齟齬がみられることを明らかにした。後者では、「部落の外で暮らす」部落出身者の転出経緯や転出先の選定、部落出身者としてのアイデンティティのあり方について明らかにした。分析からは、部落周辺部への転出者は、部落外に暮らすことを必ずしも望んでいないことや、転出しても地域のコミュニティの一員であり続けていること、そして転出経験は部落出身アイデンティティの喪失につながるのではなくむしろ新しいアイデンティティの創造の転機になりうることが明らかになった。最後に、これらの事例から、「部落民分散論」言説は、当事者の生活実態やアイデンティティのあり方を無視した言説であることについて述べた。この研究の意義、重要性は、交付申請書で述べたとおり、新しい差別の状況において「被害」を受ける可能性が最も高く、なおかつ従来の部落問題研究が扱ってこなかった「部落からの転出者層」の実態を明らかにしたことである。
