项目摘要

本研究は、国連で採択された「持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）」達成に農業・環境教育が資するために有効な教材・授業内容および教員研修プログラムを、日本・東南アジア・南アジアの大学・高校・中学校・小学校が連携した教育実践研究を基に作成・提言することを目的とし、5年計画で取り組むものである。1年目の進捗状況はやや遅れ、計画していた2つの活動（１）各国の農業・環境教育についての学校現場と政府指針の変遷、その背景にある価値観・倫理観、生徒と教員の意識・知識等の調査、（２）教材・授業内容および教員研修プログラムの立案は、ともに完了できず2年目も継続して実施した。2年目は、活動（１）については、成果の一部を書籍として出版するとともに、学術雑誌にも投稿中・投稿準備中と、一定の実績を挙げることができたと考えている。特に出版した書籍は、各国の農業・環境教育に関する変遷・現状等を1冊に収録しており、当該分野の国間の比較研究の観点で利用価値が高いと考えている。活動（２）については、新型コロナウイルスの影響が障害となり2年目も完了できず、3年目も継続することとなった。それに伴い、当初2年目に予定していた活動である「活動（２）で立案した授業内容および教員研修プログラムの各国の学校での試行」は、3年目に持ち越しとなった。3年目は、まず活動（２）を完了し、さらに活動（２）で立案した授業・教員研修プログラムをオンラインで実施した。4年目にあたる本年度は、新型コロナウイルスの影響による行動制限の緩和を受け、活動（２）で立案した授業・教員研修プログラムを対面でも実施した。現在は、実施した授業・教員研修プログラムの効果を受講者へのアンケート結果を基に分析中である。さらに、分析結果をふまえ、改良版の授業および教員研修プログラムを立案中である。

This study aims to establish a foundation for the development of sustainable development projects (SDGs) in agriculture, environmental education, teaching materials, and teacher training in Japan's Southeast Asian universities, colleges, and primary schools. The progress of the past year has been very stable, and two activities have been planned: (1) the changes in school sites and government guidelines for agricultural and environmental education in various countries, the changes in public backgrounds, ethical values, students 'and teachers' awareness and knowledge, etc.,(2) the registration and implementation of teaching materials, teaching content, and teacher training programs have been completed for two years. 2 years of work, activities (1), achievements of a book, publication, academic journal, contribution preparation, certain achievements, examination, etc. Special publication of books on agriculture and environmental education in various countries, including the status quo, etc., is included in this volume, which is used for comparative research between countries in this field. Activity (2): The new type of computer has a negative impact on the development of the computer. In the first two years, the activities were scheduled."Activities (2), teaching contents, teacher training, and pilot projects in schools in various countries."
