交付申請書「研究実施計画」の[1]～[5]のうち本年度は[5]のみが残されていた。それには，これまでに得られた知見を国際的に発信することが含まれていたが，コロナ禍のために停滞を余儀なくされていた。そこで研究期間を延長した。また海外渡航には制約が伴う状況に鑑みて，国際学会に出席する他、オープンアクセス学術情報誌に寄稿するという新たな方法も試みた。具体的には次のとおりである。1) 第31回国際園芸学会議（8月15～22日，フランス）の一環として開催されたInternational Symposium on Greener Cities およびUrban Horticulture for Sustainable Food Securityにて，「研究実施計画」[4]（現場実装）で得られた知見について報告した。すなわち、「食材と健康の関係について互いに異なる見解を持ち，互いに異なる動機で農作業に参加していたからこそ多数の親子連れが集まり，互いに異なる意義を活動に見出した。多面的機能は社会的に構成されるという，ある既成の主張を支持するものである。」この内容は『Acta Horticulturae』1356号に掲載された。また，同シンポジウムのテーマに関する内容について出席者と情報交換を行い，今後の研究交流の足掛かりを築いた。2) 上記研究交流の一環として国際ワークショップInnovation thoughts on landscape and human health（3月24日，国立台湾大学Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture）に招待され，研究成果の一部について報告した。3) オープンアクセス学術情報誌『Impact』および『Open Access Government』に研究成果の解説記事を寄稿した。
