本研究は、周術期看護に携わる外科系病棟看護師の術後疼痛に対する問題解決能力の育成を目指し、看護師の術後疼痛管理に関する継続学習に即したelearningによる教育システムを開発することを目的としている。初年度は、e-learningに関する文献検討、術後疼痛管理教育におけるe-learningの意義、教育内容(コンテンツ)案の検討のために組織的なプロジェクトを編成し定期的な会議によりe-learningの全体計画(イントロダクション・総論・各論構成のモジュール設定)の立案と教育内容(コンテンツ)の具体案を作成した。2年目はe-learning受講対象の検討、看護師の臨床経験や実践能力ラダーに沿ったキャラクター特性の検討、各教育内容(コンテンツ)での用語の統一化を図り、各モジュール内で登場するキャラクターの特徴を活かし問答形式でのヴァーチャルリアリティーのある教育内容(コンテンツ)を作成した。3年目は、構築したe-learningの教育内容(コンテンツ)の再点検し、e-learning導入計画に向けた教育内容(コンテンツ)と展開方法、時間設定等の検討を行った。4年目はe-learning運用における実施時期・方法・受講者の再検討による計画を立案してLMS(Learning Management System)の学習管理システムへのトライアルをもとに、運用スケジュールを検討した。15名程度の外科系看護師、専門看護師、認定看護師を対象にe-learningによる教育システムを試行し、教育内容(コンテンツ)と活用の有効性について評価を得た。

The purpose of this study is to develop the problem solving ability of surgical department nurses in postoperative pain management, namely elearning, education and development. In the first year, the literature review on e-learning, the significance of e-learning in postoperative pain management education, the discussion of educational content (information), the organization of the project, the preparation of regular meetings, and the preparation of specific projects of e-learning overall plan (information). In 2002, we created e-learning target discussion, clinical practice ability discussion, standardization of terminology for each educational content, characteristics of each educational content, active question-and-answer format, and educational content. 3. Review of e-learning content, e-learning introduction plan, development method, and time setting. 4 years of e-learning application, implementation period, method, speaker review, project filing, LMS(Learning Management System), learning management system review, application review 15 surgical nurses, nursing staff and certified nurses were selected for e-learning, education, and evaluation.
