This project has remained at the state where the data has been collected and collated and initial analysis has been completed. Due to the unforseen lapse in time this needs to be reviewed, as does its context and current relevance. Leaving Japan has added to the delay and obviously has meant a cease in funding but, as the raw data has already been taken, completion and publication is still possible at a point in the future.
