项目摘要

2022年度は新型コロナウイルスによる影響から徐々に日常生活に戻りつつあったが、出入国の規制や、学校訪問の難しさについて検討した結果、現地調査の実施は困難と判断した。そのため、研究期間を一年延長し、現地調査は2023年度に実施予定とした。今年度は文献の収集と分析、実施した調査のデータ整理と分析、インターネットを用いた調査を行った。文献収集については、北欧と日本の教育と文化的多様性に関するもの、シティズンシップの政治学的・社会学的理論に関するもの、教員養成に関するものを中心に収集した。また、ノルウェーでは新ナショナル・カリキュラムが導入されたほか、教員養成制度の改革が進んでいることから、関連文書を収集し、分析した。研究発表としては、収集済みのデータと文献をもとに、（１）多文化社会におけるシティズンシップの異なる解釈に基づくシティズンシップ教育政策と実践　（２）ノルウェーの教師教育と多様性に応じた教育　について英語論文を執筆・査読つき論文として投稿した。（１）は掲載済みで、（２）は再投稿による再審査となった。また、多文化社会における教員養成プログラムに注目した日本とノルウェーの比較研究の学術書の出版に向け、出版助成に応募・採用され、2023年度の出版を目指し原稿を準備中である。学会発表は、10月に日本国際教育学会の第33回研究大会のシンポジウムに招聘され、保守党政権下におけるシティズンシップ教育の政策と実践の変遷について発表した。また、2023年2月にはComparative and International Education Associationの研究大会（ワシントンDC）において、日本のマイノリティ教師教育者について発表した。
