项目摘要

① オープンデータを活用した経済効果を中心に研究を進め、オープンデータを活用するビジネスタイプの分類を行い、ぞれぞれのビジネスタイプに対応したケーススタディを行った。(a) 自治体など公共部門におけるデータのオープンデータ化をサポートするビジネスであるので、今後公共部門のオープンデータ化が進むことによって市場が縮小、あるいは伸び悩む一方、(b) 予測収集・集積したデータから付加価値があるサービスを提供するビジネスは、今後管理されるデータの量が増えることによって市場が拡大、(c) さらにオープンデータの分析・解析から予測・マーケティングにつなげるビジネスは、今後人工知能の普及によってより成長する見込みがあることを予測した。② 一般社団法人情報サービス産業協会(JISA)会員企業約500社に対して「オープンデータ活用企業調査Webアンケート」を行い、約200社からの回答によって、日本のオープンデータを活用した企業のビジネスの「傾向」において、ビジネスタイプ(a) から(b)へ移行（高度化）が進んでいることを確認し、オープンデータの活用が企業成長に与える影響を推計するためのパラメータ設定を行った。③ コロナ渦のためにアンケート調査の回答期限を延長したがその結果集計が遅れ、またオープンデータ活用k儀容やパラメータ設定に必要な政策部門に対するヒアリング調査を行えなかったため、オープンデータ活用政策による経済効果の推計までは行えていない。
