2022年度には、研究協力を仰いでいるフランスの研究者と研究会（10月、12月、3月）及び、情報提供者（インド・フランス・日本）との（対面・オンライン）ミーティング（計9回）を通じて、インド・フランス・日本におけるモビリティ系スタートアップに関する既存情報の整理・最新情報の共有、研究のフレームワーク構築、調査先の選定（フランス）、調査先候補の洗い出し（インド）と調査項目の洗練を行った。本研究の研究課題の中心はビジネスモデル・イノベーション（＝成功したビジネスモデルの変革のこと）の達成直前期（Pre-stage）における非技術的な制約と、それら制約を乗り越えるために必要な組織能力と経営プロセスであるが、事例選定のための基礎情報収集を通じて、法的な枠組みや社会受容性そして（公・私を問わず）適切な事業パートナーとの協力体制の構築などがあるのではないかという仮説を得た。さらにはこれらの制約に対応する組織能力を考える上では既存のEntrepreneru（企業家）論の議論を参照することが有用なのではないかという仮説を得た。よって特に、1960年代から存在する「制度的企業家」や2000年代に話題となった「社会企業家」そして最近年注目を集め始めている「Sustainable Entrepreneurship（持続可能性をを主導する企業家）」といった企業家論を中心に、2022年度の研究活動を通してつながりを得た（企業家論を専門とする）新たな研究協力者とともに事例調査を進める予定である。事例調査を進めるにあたっては、自転車や車などのシェアリングサービスといったインド・フランス・日本の都市に共通する事業や観光MaaSやラストマイルコネクティビティといった都市・地区によって需要が大きく異なる事業などを選定し、それぞれを対比することで、先述の非技術的な制約が浮き彫りになるような選定を行った。
