项目摘要

乳がんや子宮(体・頸)がん，卵巣がんなどの女性がんサバイバーは妊孕性の問題やパートナーとの関係性などの「女性性」に絡む多くのストレスを抱えており、その心理的適応に向けた支援は喫緊の課題である。女性がんサバイバーの心理的適応には「女性としての生き方の拡がり」を得ることが重要である。研究者らはこれまで「女性としての主体性」「ヘルスリテラシー」「ソーシャルキャピタル」の３つの力をアシストするWebアプリケーションとして「女性がんサバイバー心理的適応アシスト・アプリ」(以下、アプリ)の開発に挑み、コンテンツの体系化とプロトタイプを検討してきた。2021年度はセキュリティの強化の視点からアプリのコンテンツを再構成し、①こころに気づく、②こころの変動を見る、③点数をUpするためのヒントを得るの3点とした。①の「自分のこころに気づく」は今回尺度開発した「女性がんサバイバーの心理的適応尺度（こころのものさし）」に回答することで、心理的適応状況を点数化することができる。「誰かとつながっている（4項目）」「女性としてくすぶらないでいる（4項目）」「等身大の私でいる（4項目）」「悲観から卒業している（4項目）」の4下位因子からなる。②の「こころの変動を見る」は、①の回答に連動して点数がグラフ化されたものである。過去の点数も表示されるため、女性がんサバイバーは、自分のこころの変動を可視化でき、それを主治医や看護師とのコミュニケーション・ツールとして使用することも可能である。2022年度は前年に引き続き、セキュリティの強化の視点からアプリのコンテンツを再構成した。③の「点数をUpするためのヒントを得る」には、女性がんサバイバーの生の声を追加更新した。以上、心理的適応をアシストするアプリケーションの作動性を研究者間で検討し、おおむね確認できた。2023年度は本アプリを対象者に試用し、その操作性をさらに改良して完成させる。
