项目摘要

乳がんや子宮(体・頸)がん，卵巣がんなどの女性がんサバイバーは妊孕性の問題やパートナーとの関係性などの「女性性」に絡む多くのストレスを抱えており、その心理的適応に向けた支援は喫緊の課題である。女性がんサバイバーの心理的適応には「女性としての生き方の拡がり」を得ることが重要である。研究者らは先の研究で「女性としての主体性」「ヘルスリテラシー」「ソーシャルキャピタル」の３つの力をアシストするWebアプリケーションとして「女性がんサバイバー心理的適応アシスト・アプリ」(以下、アプリ)の開発に挑み、コンテンツの体系化とプロトタイプを検討してきた。アプリのコンテンツを作成し、①こころに気づく、②こころの変動を見る、③点数をUpするためのヒントを得るの3点とした。①の「自分のこころに気づく」は今回尺度開発した「女性がんサバイバーの心理的適応尺度（こころのものさし）」に回答することで、心理的適応状況を点数化することができる。「誰かとつながっている（4項目）」「女性としてくすぶらないでいる（4項目）」「等身大の私でいる（4項目）」「悲観から卒業している（4項目）」の4下位因子からなる。②の「こころの変動を見る」は、①の回答に連動して点数がグラフ化されたものである。過去の点数も表示されるため、女性がんサバイバーは、自分のこころの変動を可視化でき、それを主治医や看護師とのコミュニケーション・ツールとして使用することも可能である。③の「点数をUpするためのヒントを得る」には、インタビュー調査で得られた女性がんサバイバーの生の声をUpした。アプリのプロトタイプが完成できたことから、今後は本アプリを試用し、アプリの有効性を検証する研究に進む予定である。
