项目摘要

本研究の目的は、様々な領域の患者に必要かつ特化した人工呼吸器ケアを、看護師が継続的に実践するための「人工呼吸器ケア教育支援モデル」を構築することである。今年度は、昨年作成した教育支援モデルを開発するための評価票案を基盤に、人工呼吸器ケアに関するe-learning教材（人工気道の管理・人工呼吸器の管理・アラーム対応・加湿管理・口腔ケア・気道クリアランス・体位変換・VAP予防・移送・鎮静・酸素療法の11項目）を活用して、看護師へのオンデマンド教育と、それによる実践評価を行った。同時に、オンデマンド教材の評価を行い、対面での集合教育が必要な項目・内容と、オンデマンド教材で実施可能な項目・内容を弁別し、より活用しやすい教育プログラムとして再校正を試みた。ただ、新型コロナウィルス感染症拡大に伴う医療逼迫と感染予防対策のため、調査の停滞や、対象看護師の感染、もしくは濃厚接触者認定等で継続的なデータ収集が出来なかった内容もある。集合研修に関しては、依然実施することができず、実施の停滞が続いている。本プログラム計画当初と比較し、新型コロナウィルス感染症のパンデミックにより人工呼吸器の稼働数は激増し、呼吸器疾患患者も増加したことから、医療スタッフの呼吸器ケア習得の重要度や関心は高くなっている。次年度は、新型コロナウィルスの5類への移行に伴い、看護師への集合研修も実施される予定であるため、教育プログラムの完成に向けて評価を進めていく予定である。
