研究目的Ⅰは妊娠糖尿病（Gestational Diabetes Mellitus: 以下GDM）のデータ収集に関して、新型コロナ感染症禍の中、状況に応じて、妊娠糖尿病既往の女性へのインタビューを12名に実施した。インタビュー内容は、１．妊娠中にGDMと診断された時の思いや診断後の生活する上で気をつけたこと、２．妊娠中や分娩後に医療者（内科医師、産科医師、助産師、保健師、看護師、栄養士など）の関わりの中で印象に残っていること、３．分娩後の内科受診を行って血糖値のコントロールをするために家庭や仕事の調整をしていることについてであった。データ分析はModified Grounded Theory Approach（以下M-GTA）を用いて実施しているところである。研究目的ⅡはGDM既往女性が糖尿病の発症予防のためのチーム医療のあり方について内科医師、産科医師、助産師、保健師、看護師、栄養士などの保健・医療従事者にインタビューを18名に実施した。インタビュー内容は、GDM既往女性の内科受診の必要性、GDM既往女性が妊娠中から分娩のための入院中、分娩後の診療内用や看護や栄養指導などの関わり、内科受診を行いやすいチーム医療を作り上げていくプロセスの役割、それぞれの連携の仕方などであった。分析はM-GTAを用いて行っている。明らかになってきた結果をもとに研究論文を作成して投稿する準備を行っている。
