项目摘要

研究目的は、保育所に勤務経験のある看護職が、小児がんの子どもやその家族への支援の内容を明らかにし、その結果から、保育所での看護職の支援のあり方について検討するものである。アンケート調査を検討していたが、Covid-19の影響を受け、施設によって登園の際の感染対策を模索・混乱中である様子から、タイミングを考え、時期を再検討することとした。2022年度は、Covid-19の中での保育活動の状況を文献検索を行い整理した。Covid-19が発生した中での保育所の対応の研究では、緊急事態宣言解除後も「休園」「開園後も自粛」「保育時間短縮」「施設内での遊具・備品の消毒」「体調管理」を行っていた。新たな保育活動として「家庭にいる保護者や子どもへの連絡」を行っている施設があり、Covid-19前後での保育活動が変化している状況を踏まえて調査をする必要があることが明らかとなった。さらに、乳幼児期の親御さんへの調査では、Covid-19によって、公的な場や機会が減ったこと（4割）や、子育てについてのプライベートで気軽に話せる相手や機会が減った（6割）という結果がある。小児がんをもつ子どもやその家族においても、同様な状況であることが推察され、保育所での看護職は、感染予防対策のみならず、直接または間接的（保育士を通して）に、Covid-19によって、疾患への影響による問題と、子育て状況に変化を来していることに対する相談対応を行っていることが考えられた。文献整理等を含めて、調査内容を修正している段階である。また、現在以前に行った論文化をすすめている。
