项目摘要

医科学の進歩に伴い社会の看護教育に対する要請は刻々と変化し、看護基礎教育においても適宜カリキュラムを検討・改訂することが求められる。本研究では近年の生殖医療の進歩とそこで生じる当事者の新たなニーズを踏まえ、若年女性の妊孕性に関する意思決定を支援できる看護者育成を目指して、看護基礎教育プログラムの開発に取り組むことを目的とした。本研究は３段階から成り、第１段階（平成３０年度前期～３１年度前期）は「教育プログラム＜初版＞」を作成し、意思決定支援を行う上で看護者に必要とされる基礎的な『知識』『実践』『姿勢・態度』の３つの側面から内容を構成した。授業方法はアクティブ・ラーニングにより学修者主体の取り組みと知識の定着を図った。また教育プログラムの評価指標は、定性的指標としてプログラム受講者（研究対象者）に対して受講後にインタビューを実施し、先述の３つの側面から評価を行うこととした。研究の第２段階（令和２～３年度）においては「教育プログラム＜初版＞」を研究対象者５名に対して実施し、受講中の対象者の様子からは意欲的に取り組む姿勢・態度が伺われ、受講後のインタビューでは当テーマに関する理解の深まりと、更に学修して理解を深めたいという意欲を示す言葉が聴かれた。令和４年度は、令和２～３年度に実施予定であったデータの収集・分析を進めた。加えて、昨今の国内における女性の妊孕性に関する倫理的・法的・社会的課題（ELSI）として、経口妊娠中絶薬の承認に関する議論がなされていることから、看護学生に対する当課題への『知識』『姿勢・態度』の実態調査を行い「教育プログラム＜初版＞」改訂の一助にすることで、最近の女性の妊孕性に関するELSIに対応した教育プログラムを開発することを図った。令和５年度は先述した２つの研究結果を踏まえ、第３段階である「教育プログラム＜最終版＞」の作成を完了する予定である。
