项目摘要

本研究の全体構想は，看護師,管理者,介護士の3職域ごとの視点から、利用者が安全に生活するための要素を明らかにし，日本の社会文化に適した「介護施設の安全力測定ツール」を作成し、介護施設の安全のための研修試行を目指すものである。2022年度は，管理者，看護師、介護士の三職域の視点からフォーカスグループインタビュー（FGI），看護師，介護士のオンライン面接，看護小規模多機能施設を対象に質問紙調査を実施した。面接調査から，両職種が相互に専門性を活かしながら協働して安全を守る取り組みにおいては，話しやすい職場環境の構築と円滑な情報共有への意識的な努力がある。それが役割分担を円滑に進める下地になると考えられる。そのような職場では、介護士による気づきが看護師への相談に繋がり，続いて看護師による即時対応が実施されれば、利用者の安全を守る取組みが進む。さらに看護師が分かりやすい説明を工夫し，介護職からの提案に感謝する行動が伴えば，介護士からの相談がさらに促されて、好循環に至るという示唆を得た。こうして双方の専門性を活かし、相互に役立つ情報を共有し、協働して安全の向上に取り組む構図が示唆された。加えて，キーワードとして抽出された「感謝」の概念に着目し，看護小規模多機能施設の介護職を対象に，質問紙調査を行った結果，上司による変革型リーダーシップの発揮を介護職が高く評価している職場では、仕事や職場環境への感謝が高まっており、それがチーム一体となった協働的な介護の取り組みを促している。こうした感謝と協働は、介護職のワーク・エンゲイジメントを高めていることへの示唆を得た。

The overall assumption of this study is that the three professional domains of nurses, managers, and nurses are the key factors for safety in life, and the social and cultural adaptation of Japan is the establishment of the "safety measurement of care facilities" and the pilot study of safety in care facilities. In FY2022, we implemented a questionnaire survey on the three job fields of managers, nurses and nurses (FGI), nurses and nurses, and the questionnaire survey on small-scale multifunctional facilities. In the face of investigation, the two kinds of jobs are closely related to each other, and the cooperation between them is important for the safety and security of the workplace. The first is to divide the land into two parts. In the workplace, nurses are encouraged to talk to caregivers, and caregivers are encouraged to implement real-time monitoring and user safety measures. Today, nurses are divided into two parts: explanation time, nursing position, proposal, thank you, action, nurse, conversation, promotion, good circulation, and instruction. The two sides share information and cooperate in security and upward organization. In addition, the concept of "gratitude" was introduced, and the results of the paper survey were questioned. The supervisor changed the type of change, and the development of the mediation job was highly evaluated. In the workplace, the work environment was highly appreciated, and the selection of the mediation group was promoted. Thank you for your help.
