项目摘要

今年度は、これまでにかかわりのある対象者に引き続き調査を継続した。本研究課題では、国際比較を視野に入れていたが、新型コロナウィルス感染症の流行により、海外渡航や調査が難しい状況が続いた。そのため、国内でこれまで関係のある調査対象者を中心として、追跡調査を継続することとした。先行研究では、女性について、被虐待経験やDV被害や仲間内での暴力被害などを経験していることが指摘されているところである。だが、男性についても暴力被害の経験がインタビューにおいて明らかとなり、関係論的な観点から非行や犯罪を捉える必要性がみられた。そこで、暴力性についての検討を深めるための幅広い文献調査やフィールド調査を行った。調査対象者である、少年院出院者に特有な暴力の経験や、中でも男性と女性の違い、さらに加えて、「私たち」にも親和的で経験される可能性のある暴力の経験との違いなどは、今後検討の余地があると考える。なお、特に非行少年の被害に注目した成果として、非行経験者の暴力経験の試論的論稿を、書籍の一章としてまとめている。今後、理論的検討を深めて、学術報告につなげていきたい。また、今年度は女性にアプローチをとる中で、暴力被害が子育て経験にも影響する可能性が見えてきた。女性の少年院出院者については、そもそも母集団が少ないため対象者を募ることは極めて難しい。だが、引き続き女性の出院者に積極的にアプローチを重ねながら、少年院出院者以外の女性にもアプローチをとりながら、彼女らが経験する暴力被害と子育て経験の関連について、検討を深めていきたい。
