本研究は、２つの構成で行っている。一つは、「IPSフレームワークの検証研究（既存理論の検証）」である。これはさらに3つの研究、研究１「千葉大学IPEにおける学生のIPS発展状況の検証とそれに影響した学習体験の明確化」、研究２「IPSステージ３のIPI尺度の開発」、研究３「IPI尺度を用いたIPE受講学生のIPS発展の評価と専門職間連携実践能力との関連」で構成されている。こちらの進捗は、研究２を進めている段階である。すでに開発されたInterprofessional socialization and Valuing Scale（ISVS）の原作者と日本語版作成の許諾契約を交わし、ISPORタスクフォースのガイドラインに沿って、翻訳し、原作者との調整をすましたところである。計画ではR４年度中に、妥当性信頼性検証のための調査を実施する計画であったが、研究エフォートを割けず未完了である。二つ目は、「専門職連携能力の発展を促すIPE実装に有用な学習理論の開発」である。これはさらに2つの研究、研究４「国内の多様な形態のIPEプログラムにおける学生のIPS発展の評価と学習体験との関連」、研究５「専門職連携能力の発展を促すIPSの実装に有用な学習理論の開発」で構成されている。こちらは、研究４について、質的研究方法によってパイロット的に分析を進めた。千葉大学のIPEプログラムは4段階のステップアップ式の教育プログラムを実施している。「Step1」～「Step4」の学生のレポートを研究対象に、IPSステージのどの段階の学びがあるのかを質的に分析した。初期段階のStep1と最終段階のStep4のレポート分析により、IPSステージの二重のアイデンティティ獲得がなされていることを確認した。

The second goal is to promote the opening of IPE training courses in terms of useful academic theories and theories. In the second part of this paper, we will conduct research and research. 4. In China, there will be a variety of IPE training programs. Students will participate in the IPS exhibition. Students will learn how to prepare students for training courses. They will also study 5 programs to promote the development of IPS equipment. In this study, the research methods were used to analyze the results of the study. In a thousand colleges and universities, there are four stages of IPE education. "Step1" ~ "Step4" students are required to study the images, and the IPS students are interested in the analysis of the images. In the early stage of Step1, the most important part of the analysis is the Step4 analysis, and the IPS analysis is double-titled.
