项目摘要

厚生労働省が提示している「新人看護職員研修ガイドライン」に明記されている新人看護師を指導する「実地指導者」の支援を行う「教育担当者」に着目して研究に取り組んでいる。新たに設定された「教育担当者」は、その役割を理解できないまま、役割を担わざるを得ず、実地指導者をどのように支援したらよいのかわからず、多様な困難に直面している者も少なくない。その一方、新人看護師指導の経験を積み重ね、効果的に実地指導者を支援している「教育担当者」も存在する。本研究は、教育担当者の役割遂行に必要な活動を客観的に理解することに貢献するため、「実地指導者を支援する教育担当者を対象とした教育プログラム立案モデル」開発の第Ⅰ期に位置づく。2022年度の研究実績は、次のとおりである。第１段階の研究として、教育担当者に関する先行研究を分析し、「新人看護師の教育に携わる教育担当者に関する研究の動向」として、日本看護科学学会第41回学術集会、目白大学健康科学研究第16号に研究成果を発表した。第２段階の研究として、「教育担当者の役割を果たすために必要な活動」を実際に教育担当者の役割を担っている看護職者からデータを収集し、質的機能的に解明することを目的とし、データ収集を実施した。具体的には、設置主体の異なる７施設の看護管理者に研究協力を依頼し、承諾の得られた４施設に所属する教育担当者を担った経験のある看護職者10名を対象とし、インタビューを実施した。インタビュー内容の逐語録を作成し、データ化している途中である。
