项目摘要

本研究は、東京都下にある中規模病院（以下A施設とする）と大学の協働による看護研究を中核にした院内教育プログラムの介入効果を明らかにし、質の高い看護に向けた研究成果を創出し続ける看護師の育成について検討することを目的としている。本研究における院内教育プログラムの介入効果は、①ラダーⅠの看護師が身に着けた能力(研究1：自己評価)、②看護管理者のコンピテンシー(研究2：自己評価)、③管理者を除く全看護師が感じるワークエンゲージメントやチームワークへの影響(研究3：看護管理者への他者評価を含む自己評価)、以上3つの視点で評価する予定である。新型コロナウィルス感染症は徐々に落ち着きつつあるが、5類相当に引き下げられたばかりであり、地域医療を支えるA施設は、引き続き慎重な感染対策を実施している。このような状況であるにもかかわらず、予定通り看護研究を中核とした院内教育プログラムを実施してきた結果、受講した病棟の看護職者が「新生児期における清潔ケア方法の違いが皮膚へ及ぼす影響」というテーマで主体的に研究活動に取り組み、新生児の皮膚水分量を保つ清潔ケア方法について検討した。院内教育プログラムの実施を協働している大学教員のサポートのもと、その成果を学会発表し、まもなく学会誌へ掲載される予定である。さらに2023年度はもう1課題の学会発表を予定している。また同時に、本研究の開始に向けA施設の倫理審査へ書類作成を進めている段階である。
